S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. has been acquired by the Coveris Group.
It is with great pleasure we would like to inform you that S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. (S&K Labels) has been acquired by the Coveris Group. The acquisition became effective, 12th February 2024 and we are extremely pleased about this new collaboration and look forward to working closely together.
Following Coveris’ recent acquisitions of two flexible packaging plants in Hungary and Poland, S&K LABEL in the Czech Republic marks the packaging leader’s third acquisition in CEE, and the first acquisition of a labels business outside of the UK. As one of the technologically most advanced manufacturers in the Central and Eastern Europe region, S&K LABEL provides an ideal strategic fit with Coveris’ labels business to create a pan-European business platform.

Coveris is a leading European packaging company. Most products offered by S&K LABEL are also part of the existing product range of Coveris’ Paper business and therefore we are very proud that through this collaboration we will be able to enhance all that is great about the S&K offer and continue to deliver the highest quality labels and services. In addition to this we will also be able to provide complementary packaging products through our strong network of manufacturing plants in Europe and extend the total packaging offer. The integration of S&K LABEL into our plant network will grant a back-up possibility and will give the opportunity to benefit from Coveris’ latest technological and R&D capabilities, which we are continuously investing in.
